Our Story

Our history ignites our drive, propelling us towards a brighter future.

Alumni is born just five months before the pandemic hit.

Despite lacking a permanent office, we win our first significant client in the Telecommunications sector. Hotels become makeshift workspaces, golden retrievers are transported across continents, but the conviction steering us is clear – invest in the right people, and the rewards will follow.

2019

We expand our reach into Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. We also move into a charming space in Singapore to call home. With a lean team of four, our Marina Boulevard office feels incredibly spacious.

it is a time of street fighting, ducking and diving and weaving on a week-by-week basis.

2020

Accelerating quickly, our team of experts grows to more than two dozen.

Alumni enters its early teenage years as our leadership team diversifies and processes become standardised across the business.

2021

Alumni almost quadruples in people and business, and we celebrate it altogether on our annual company off-site.

We launch an entity in Oceania, and achieve the prestigious ISO 9000:2015 certification, an internationally recognised Quality Management System standard.

Our ability to provide end-to-end transformation becomes the cornerstone for the next phase of our growth.

We are shortlisted for several delivery excellence awards.

The newly developed ‘Alumni Agile Academy’ receives accreditation from the Lean Competency System (LCS), and our proprietary tool, CENT, is recognised by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Both initiatives are designed to empower our clients to realise the full benefits of their transformation.

Including our flexible Associate network and developers stationed globally, we are now a vibrant community of 130 Alumniates.
