Explore our transformation offerings.

Today’s organisations need a trusted partner to accelerate and de-risk their ambitions.

Transformations stall most often not within a single workstream, but between them.

We work across the full transformation cycle and three specialist digital domains to close the gap between intent and outcome, and ensure our clients are not left to navigate on advice alone.

This holistic approach is underpinned by digital tools and thinking that make our transformation work distinctive.

Frequently Asked Questions

More about the Alumni transformation offerings

  • Our work typically falls into three broad shapes, with most engagements combining more than one.

    • Mobilisation to stand up the programme architecture, business case, governance, and team structure required to begin delivery with confidence.

    • End-to-end programme delivery that involves multiple workstreams. We may have shaped the strategy from the outset or inherited the programme mid-flight to provide independent delivery reviews, senior leadership, and recovery support where required.

    • Targeted engagements where a specific capability is required. This can be a standalone advisory piece, embedded support to an internal team, or accelerated build engagements using our proprietary tooling and frameworks.

  • Three sectors account for most of our work: Transport and Logistics, Telco, Media and Technology, and Financial Services.

Within those, we have particular depth in maritime and global telecommunications operators.

  • We have practitioners working across most major time zones and from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand, and Dubai. Most engagements involve a combination of on-site presence at key moments and remote working in between.

The delivery model is set based on the client’s preference and the nature of the work.

  • Many of our engagements involve working alongside an incumbent strategy advisor, a delivery partner, a systems integrator, or an in-house transformation team.

  • Alumni is structured for engagements where internal capability is genuinely stretched, where independence and external accountability matter, or where the seniority required to lead the work is not available in-house at the time it is needed.

  • A senior practitioner from the relevant practice will take the first call — typically thirty minutes. We will ask about your situation, the work you are considering, and the constraints you are operating within. We will share an honest view of whether the engagement is one we are well-positioned for, and what an Alumni team would look like if we proceeded.
